I have suffered from gastric distress for as long as I can remember.  It wasn’t until I decided to change to a gluten free diet that I found any relief from the pain, bloating and constipation.  In 2023 my husband Neil and I set a goal of travelling around Australia in a caravan and I was concerned that I would have difficulties in finding places to eat out and to source gluten free food to keep my digestive system healthy and happy.  In February 2024 we sold our hobby farm and set off in our Caravan – Arwen to start our new life on the road.  Join us on our journey as we share the places we have found to eat, shop and experience on a gluten free diet.
